New Life

Through Redemption

Our Mission

Jacob's Ladder Recovery Homes exists to provide a Christ-centered haven for men and women emerging from some of life's most difficult circumstances. Whether coming out of detox, homelessness, incarceration, addiction, or other seasons of brokenness, every resident is welcomed with dignity, compassion, and hope.

Our mission is not simply to provide shelter—it is to provide a place where lives are rebuilt from the inside out through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Just as Jacob saw a ladder connecting earth and heaven (Genesis 28), and Jesus revealed Himself to be the fulfillment of that vision (John 1:51), we believe Christ is the only true bridge from a broken past to a redeemed future.

What We Provide

At Jacob's Ladder Recovery Homes, every resident is offered:

  • A safe, stable, and loving place to land.
  • Freedom from the chaos and instability of the streets.
  • Daily encouragement rooted in God's Word.
  • Biblical discipleship and spiritual mentoring.
  • Accountability through authentic Christian community.
  • Life-skills training and personal responsibility.
  • Recovery support centered on lasting transformation in Christ.
  • Opportunities to serve others and discover God-given purpose.
  • Assistance with employment, education, and healthy community reintegration.
  • A pathway toward becoming a productive, compassionate, and spiritually mature member of society.

Our Vision

We envision recovery homes where broken lives become restored lives, where despair gives way to hope, and where individuals discover that their identity is no longer defined by addiction, incarceration, homelessness, or failure, but by the redeeming love of Jesus Christ.

We are committed to helping every resident:

  • Know Jesus personally.
  • Hear His voice (John 10:27).
  • Trust Him completely (Proverbs 3:5–6).
  • Grow into mature disciples.
  • Build healthy relationships.
  • Live with integrity and purpose.
  • Become servant leaders who help restore others.

Our Philosophy & Commitment

Our Philosophy

People do not simply need a bed.

They need belonging.

They do not simply need sobriety.

They need transformation.

They do not simply need another chance.

They need a new life.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit, faithful biblical discipleship, meaningful work, loving relationships, and daily obedience to Christ, we believe God restores what sin, addiction, trauma, and hopelessness have tried to destroy.

Our Commitment

We are committed to creating an environment where grace and truth walk together, where accountability is offered with compassion, where discipline is motivated by love, and where every resident is reminded daily that no one is beyond the reach of God's redeeming grace.

Our Motto

A Safe Place to Land.
A Family to Belong.
A Faith to Live.
A Purpose to Fulfill.
